• tell us about a change in your circumstances
• view your claim and letters
• upload supporting evidence

Sign in to the Benefits portal

If you do not have an account on the portal, follow the 'subscribe to view online letters' link to sign up (this link is located in the portal).

When you are logged in, choose the 'view my claim summary' option to see the information your entitlement is based on. You can also see which payments have been made and which are due.

You can also use the system to tell us about any changes in your circumstances.
